Invoice replication from S4 to C4C

Hello Experts,

We need to implement Invoices replication functionality from S4 to C4C .

For same we have enabled the below in C4

"Business Configuration Implementation Projects. Select your project and navigate to Edit Project Scope Questions Industry Solution Consumer Product Extended and select Payment and Invoice".

Upon above step we have two communications scenarios enabled in C4, as listed below.

• Consumer Product Extended - Invoice Replication
• Invoice Replication from External System

However we realized from CPI Team that there are no standard iflows to sync up with the services available in C4.

Anybody achieved this functionality please share some light on this as we need to enable invoice replication from

S4 to C4.

Hi,

I achieve it in following way:-)

We have to perform custom development on ERP side to call C4C SOAP service MangeneInvoiceIn. WSDL is stored in Communication arrangement "Consumer Product Extended - Invoice Replication ".

More complicated is process if you need to cover collection process with payments.

Hello, may I ask for an example of how you implemented this ERP WS?

Also, is it possible to create subsequent documents once we have the invoice replicated? such as a customer service ticket or a visit, etc?

We are going to implement this in our system but we haven't seen how this works

we are working on the same thing. We have managed to replicate our invoices to C4C. However we are struggeling, to update the status of the invoice once the customer has paid. In your scenario, did you also update invoices once they were replicated to C4C?
