Hello adrian_p,

In SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP09 released in March 2020, we made enhancements so that in sales summary in SAP Customer Checkout manager you can see all invoices that were cancelled in that day. screenshot below.

Also we have a report which shows total cancelled items for a given time period.
