Can anyone please let me know how to maintain two different names with two different languages for one Account? or two different first\second name for one Contact?
One of the following scenarios:
1. Company from Russia. The name of the company is written in Russian (mainly field). Contact from Germany (speaks German) requests to send a form where His name and company name will be indicated in German.
2. Company from Russia. The name is written in Russian. The user of the system uses the German language and wants to see the company name in German in the main field.
For products, for example, this possibility is in the system. I can not find for Accounts and Contacts.
Please help me find the solution. Maybe a workaround or standard settings in C4C
