Internal Order error in SRM for budget exceed in closed Fiscal Year

Hi experts,

I got an issue regarding internal order budget, here is the details:

Through SRM system, one GR was cancelled in FY2018 and user has selected some check box in SRM and because of that GR document which updated in SAP has got "Del.Compl.Ind.PO Item" check box selected and because of this Internal order report S_ALR_87013019 has not updated "Commitment" column.

Now we have rolled over the the IO budget and commitment in FY2019, and we now tried to remove SRM check box so that "Del.compl.Ind.PO Item" can be removed. But now we are getting below error that budget is exceeded
