Hi Experts ,
I have confusion regarding the interests tagging . As per the standard documentation if links are added to the email template and interests are linked to that then it will show in the "show interest" section under the interactions .
1. What is the use of the interests/tags given in the campaign automation tab ? I tested with one campaign having the interest assigned in the campaign but not in the templates and no interests showed up based on the "Email Opened" or "Email Clicked" interactions !!! - ??? - Not working
2. I used interests in the email template links and done the campaign and when i clicked on the links , interests got successfully captured - worked fine
3. Interests are successfully assigned to categories . categories are now assigned to products .
Is it mandatory to have product image URL/navigation URL so that once added to templates and used in campaign .. on click of these products the interests will come to mkt ???
It will be very helpful if someone can answer this.
Regards
Rashmi

Hello Rashmi,
Interests/tags given in the campaign automation are to create new tags for that particular Campaign, not to emails!
