Dear Experts,
Is it possible to revise the weightings of the various interactions, such as email opened, event attended and any custom interaction types that have been created for our specific business needs which then calculates the interaction score of a contact, or the aggregate score for a corporate account?
Ideally we want to weight interactions higher if they have a stronger association toward purchase intent, and general placement within the overall customer journey.

Have you tried using the Predictive Model?
You need to create Rules and Scores and train the Model Set based on a TG.
