Interaction facet in service tickets not available in C4C mobile application

Hello Experts,

We observed that the interaction facet in service tickets is not available in the C4C mobile application. Our client will be working more on the mobile application and interactions is one of the major functionalities which they are interested in. Is there any possibility/workaround to have this in the C4C mobile app.
