Hello Experts,
I need your help in analyzing root cause of an issue.
When I do a Inbox search with show work list checked, the agent name is available correctly but once selected from the drop down list, it gets disappear. Same is the case with Team Member & Position.
The search result is appearing correctly even after the values are search values resets to default Blank.
Appreciate your support.
