Integration Suite - displays blank page

Hello Everyone,

I have subscribed the Integration Suite server. Navigated to Instances and Subscriptions page to verify completion, while clicking on Integration suite link a blank page appears. I tried the same method by clicking on Go to Application from 3 dots on the right hand, still getting a blank page, i tried the steps in Chrome & Edges, still no success.

Happens to me all the time in Safari but when I hit refresh it loads properly.
