Integration Scenario- Communication Arrangement: Additional Fields Relevance

Hello Experts,

While maintaining the Communication Arrangement, I have observed that there are additional property name and their values section.

My Target system type is SAP_C4C( refer screenshot).

I want to know what is the relevance of First Origin of Contact Id/ Second Origin of Contact Id/ Third Origin of Contact Id.

First I thought I need to maintain the different Origin id I maintained in the implementation cockpit. But when I click on F4, it doesn't gave any values

Can anyone help me to understand what is the relevance of this?

Hi Mayank,

1. New additional properties are defined to be able to configure Origins of Contact IDs for target system type SAP_EXTERNAL.
2. The combination of ID_ORIGIN and ID must uniquely identify a contact in SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud.
3. Depending on the usage of number ranges assigned to business partners in the external sales system, more than one ID_ORIGIN can be necessary, refer help page for more details.
