Integration SAP FIORI with C4C via Odata

Dear,

I have a requirement to develop custom FIORI app and that needs to be connected with C4C system via Odata to create tickets in C4C .

Kindly let me know the steps and how many ways are there to integrate(Connect) SAP FIORI with C4C.

Our SAP FIORI is S4HANA On-Premises.

did you proceed with this topic? We are intested in developing Fiori apps, too, to display some C4C data.

Hello Vincent,

I would suggest to use SAP CPI as an integration platform. In my experience, when we called from Fiori launchpad C4C standard oData directly, the request was blocked by CORS policy. The SAP development confirmed us that C4C oData framework doesn’t support CORS.
