Integration Sales quote from C4C to ERP

Hello,

I have a doubt. I tried to integrate a sales quote from C4C to ERP but when I edit and save a quote don't happening nothing.

I checked this questions in scope:

But, when I edit a sales quote and click in "Create External Follow-up Document", appears this message:

And when I go to "Web Service Message Monitoring" don't appear any message.

Is anything missing?

Can you help me?

What are you using for integration layer? HCI or PI?

Hi André,

This message means that the sales order request was sent to ERP, but there was no confirmation sent back from ERP to C4C.
