Integration of Loyalty records between 2 CCOM

Hi All,
I am using CCOM version 2.0 FP11 PL02.
Currently I am facing issue when integrating loyalty record from one CCOM to another through communication arrangements.
Loyalty records are synced perfectly but the issue is when I evaluate that record in second CCOM it gives me the message of "Skip evaluation due to external points" due to which points are not being added in the user account.
Kindly let me know if there is anything else which I had to do for to achieve this.

Dear raveedriaz,

Let's assume the CCOm which sends the loyalty record is "CCOm1". And the receiving CCOm is CCOm2. If you want to have a central loyalty server (CCOm2) then the direct CCOm (CCOm1) must not calculate points and must not have a loyalty configuration. If CCOm1 already calculates points then CCOm2 will not recalculate them and just use the record as it is.

Could you describe your use case? What is the purpose of CCOm1 and what is the purpose of CCOm2?

Hi Anderson,
I have installed the new versions but this time I observe that the error come when we assign a loyalty user to that record. Kindly see the attached screenshot.

Hi Raveed,

I tried the same process using the CCO manager 2.0 FP11 PL04, however, the issue was not reproducible.

I suggest you to update both CCO manager and check if the issue remains.
