Integration in SAP Marketing Cloud for employee replication

Dear Experts,

It's regarding the employee replication in SAP Marketing Cloud from systems like Successfactor, SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP S/4HANA, I have tried following approaches for employee replication into SAP Marketing Cloud.

1. Replication of C4C business partner to SAP Marketing Cloud as employee.

2. There is no standard integration package for Success factor employee replication to SAP Marketing Cloud.

3. There is no way to integrate business partner from S4/HANA to SAP Marketing Cloud.

Can you suggest any way other than employee upload using file template.

Hi,

SAP Marketing Cloud is a add on installed on top of S/4 HANA Cloud , hence ideally employee integration with S4 Cloud should be implemented to import employees from SF.

Hi,

What's your purpose for replicating the employees?

• Will they all need to have a User to log on to the Marketing system? Then I'd check for a flow with IAS.

• Will they need to be added as "team" on a B2B Account/Contact? There is an influence request for that "planned on long-term": https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/206088

• Or do you want to send out employee newsletters?

For that last one, there used to be ideas on the Influence portal, but they unfurtunately got refused.

In our case, the employees are only in the C4C, do you have any ideas other than employee upload using file template?
