Integration Error - SAP SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP C4C

Hi experts,

I configure integration between SAP MKC and SAP C4C trough SAP CPI. I have problem with SAP C4C service OpportunityBulkReplicationOut when try tto replicate opportunnities from SAP C4C to SAP MKC. The service show me the following error in WS Message Monitoring:

External code for SalesCycleCode Z03 (Oportunidad Extensión) de grupo asignac. 03 could not be determined

I create a mapping in code List Mapping for the Local Data Type SalesCycleCode with value Z03, but the problem persist.

I really appreciate any help.

I'm having the same issue, we crated custom Sales Cycle and Sales phases, when the opportunity contains a specifique Sales Cycle and phase it doesn't replicated to SAP Marketing cloud

Dear Diana,

Did you check whether the code list mapping group in which you have maintained this external code is selected / available under the communication arrangement "Opportunity Replication to SAP Business Suite"?
