Integration C4C with Hybris Marketing - export the x.509 certificate

Hi All,

I can not "View Certificate" in the Certification Path.

I configured outbound communication credentials in a communication arrangement and downloaded the x.509 certificate. When I try open this certificate and go to Certification Path I can not see the details - "The issuer of this certificate cannot be found."

Can anyone check and help me out to relove this issue?

Dear Magdalena,

Kindly go through this HybrisWiki page.

As explained in there, you need to have new SAP Passport certificate under “Trusted root certification Authorities” in your browser.
