Hi all:
I have a new scenario to implement integration with C4C-CPI-S/4HANA (on premise). The challenge is that the employee configuration is not found in the S / 4HANA (the infotype 900 or the HCM module is not maintained).
In S / 4HANA, the SD module is configured so that the sales group is like an employee. That means that there are as many sales groups as there are employe.
I know that I can convert the Sales Group into an employee by CPI, but this is an enhagment and as far as I know I will have some other adaptations by CAS and/or workflow rules.
Also, I see other disadvantages like:
- Assign employee to organizational hierarchy by dataworbench
- Complete all employee master data by dataworbench
- For the master data of account I will have empty the owner field (part role)
- For the transaction document (sales orders) I will have to convert the employee into a sales group when I transfer to the S/4HANA
I ask for help with this scenario to know what are the best practices or maybe what you recommend.
1. Maintain the HCM module in S / 4HANA
2. Maintain the employee in SuccessFactor with the Employee Center. (In this case, is it necessary to have the employee in S / 4HANA also- open question).
3. Or enhagment the C4C for conver the Sales Group to employee?
4. Other idea?

yes thats always the ask, how to get mini master for BP conversion in S4HANA system
You do need mini master from your HRIS system which is SF EC< We have standard integration content available ie Business Integration builder, use infotype data which is required
but in 2011, we ll have this, MDI

You would need some sort of mini master, can you confirm which is your HRIS system ie HR system? for BP you need some data either you can import it via Employee app etc
but first do you have a HR system?
is it successfactors?

Hi siddharth.rajora, thanks for you anwer, is was helpful for me. But I am some doubts about if is correct working in S 4HANA without employee and in substitution working with Sales Group.
