Integration C4C and Genesys Telephony

Hello,

Does anyone made CTI integration between C4C and Genesys Telephony server using CTI client adapter dll?

I have a lot of questions and the documentation is not totally clear.

How can I make the call to localhost URL ?

I need support from one Genesys expert professional?

Can I make this by myself?
