Hello
In our understanding, this product can be used as a stand-alone, but can you explain How is the integration between this product and SAP Business One, as well What others products we need in order to integrate both products?
Thanks
Best regards
Silvia Huget

Hi Silvia,
in standalone mode the backend server is the CCO Manager which runs as a tomcat web application. In the CCOm you can manage your cco users, salesitems, receipts, vouchers, loyalty management, monitoring, reports, ... centralized. You can even do updates of CCO with this application.
With B1 as backend server the integration is done via B1i server and several b1i scenarios. Have a look at the master guide, which is perfect to get an understanding how the integration in Business One is done.

With B1 as backend you can also use the CCOm for managing users, vouchers etc. but sales items and business partners are synced from Business One.
