Integration between Customer Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud for Subscriptions

Dear all,

I'm trying to build a connection between the Customer Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to transfer the Subscription data in the CDC into the MKT. The profile data (e.g. email, firstName, lastName) are being transfered successfully.

But the Subscription data is not being replicated and ends with this error:

HybrisMarketing. Failed to create/update a contact with contactIdField ID-Number. Resource not found for the segment 'ContactOriginData(ContactID='ID-Number',ContactOrigin='GIGYA_ID')'.

I think, according to this Documentation sitethe error is related to the Supported Attributes between CDC and MKT. But I can't seem to see the error.

Can anyone recommend an approach to try to solve this?

Hi Jose,

in order to analyze this issue properly we need to see the complete payload that is sent to MKT. I would recommend to create an incident on component CEC-MKT-DM-PER.
