Integrating C4C to ECC before S4 Migration

Hi experts

Is it okay to integrate C4C (particularly materials/products) with ECC before S4HANA migration? Aren't there differences in architecture?

Hello Denmar,

The differences in the data models are in the back-end and not in C4C, so that should not be an issue from C4C's point of view. You will need to adjust all integration relevant settings though and switch the iflows in CPI.

You need to ensure that the replicated data keeps its id when the migration will take place and if not adjust the id mapping for integration as well.
