integrate 2 Apps ID and each App with a different App Secret from Facebook with Marketing Cloud

Hi everyone! I hope you are fine 🙂

I have a query regarding integration with facebook for creating facebook campaigns:

I wanted to know if anyone knows if it is possible to integrate 2 Apps ID and each App with a different App Secret from Facebook with Marketing Cloud? is that I tried and created two communication systems by placing the App ID in each of them considering the agreement 0031 that corresponds to the integration with facebook (see image 1)

Then when I went to create Facebook campaigns to be able to see which App it lifts, I saw that it only lifts one of them, which is the most recently created (see image 3)

Then I would understand that it can only be integrated with an API and not with 2 or is there a way to do it with 2?

If someone can confirm me, I would appreciate it.

thanks for your prompt response.

and one more question please: and would it not be possible to separate it by marketing area? is that I tell you: my client handles 2 large areas of marketing and so I have configured them in SAP Marketing Cloud. And within these 2 marketing areas they manage multiple Facebook accounts for the commercial brands they have.

So under this scenario that I am telling you, could it or really not be possible as you say?

Hello Carla,

As per my Understanding , Facebook integration with SAP Marketing Cloud only support single App ID. We assume that multiples Ads Accounts will be setup under one App ID, according to the business cases. Via Business Manager, you can add ad accounts that you own and get access to ad accounts that other people or businesses own. In such case, account management, and permission will be solely configured in Facebook side. SAP Marketing Cloud only provides the integration, which bases on user's own Facebook authorization to retrieve related data.
