Instantiate a Promotion with Impex

Hello,

I want to know how to instantiate a promotion of type "Percentage discount" using Impex. That means: enable it, associate products and specify the percentage discount to apply

You need to adapt it to your needs. I suggest you create the promotion you need first in the backoffice and then copy the data to the impex.
