Installation CCO Manager and CustomerCheckOut

Good morning

Can you support me please? I need to install CCO Manager and Customer CheckOut on a server with SAP 9.3 PL14 SQL but reviewing the sap documentation indicates that the following components are required:

SapMachine 11 to run Apache Tomcat

For SAPMachine download according to the configuration of the following link https://help.sap.com/viewer/9734df69fa0e411381929174bb064d9e/2.0.11_Corr/en-US/65f84c0bcdb340c3bd51e...

And a folder with the following name was downloaded: sapmachine-jre-11.0.12_windows-x64_bin.zip And then an attempt was made to download Apache tomcat according to the indications in the following link: http://tomcat.apache.org/

but it does not indicate which version to download in the SAP documentation Can someone help me if I am downloading the components correctly, the CCO version to be installed is 2.0 FP12 PL01

Hi Mara,

it looks like your apache tomcat is not running.

Could you try to open localhost:9090 without cco and see if it shows an apache tomcat screen?

I did the reinstallation of Apache tomcat, my error was not to put the port 9090 and only then it already shows me the apache page. But I tried to configure CCO Manager and it sent me an error

Hi Mara,

the sap machine download is correct, you have to take to download the "jre" version,not the jdk.

Regarding apache tomcat, you can use tomcat 8 oder 9 and you have to download and install the

• 32-bit/64-bit Windows Service Installer (pgp, sha512) from the Downloads page.
