Install Scanner Scale

Hi,

In CCO I am trying to install a Datalogic Magellan 9800i Scanner Scale to scan and weigh items. In the JPOSPlugin.properties file I do not see a line for a scanner scale. Is it possible to use a scanner scale with CCO? Has anyone successfully installed one?

Hi Lissa,

although this Scanner scale "speaks" the JPOS standard, this will not work out of the box with SAP Customer Checkout. Therefore you will need to develop a hardware plugin which implements the communication with the scanner scale via JPOS.
