Initial Replication of business partners with Status "In preparation" from C4C>SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi,

we have setup the integration of leads from C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud.
So we have the requirement to initially replicate all existing leads from C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud.
We have many existing leads in C4C that aren't converted. That means that these leads aren't assigned to existing accounts/contacts. Instead these leads are assigned to business partners with status "In Preparation".
To initially load these leads we need to replicate the business partners with status "In Preparation" before replicating the leads.

But via "Extract Data to external System" these business partners can't been replicated.
When creating new leads business partner and lead are been replicated correctly.

Does anybody has an idea how to initially replicate all business partners with status "In Preparation"?

Hello danny.lipkovski2,

You have to create a communication arrangement filter to send the BPs with In Preparation status as shown below. Then try extracting the data. With this filter active, existing leads which arent converted can be sent out via Extract program , the In preparation BPs will also be sent out.

Hi Satya,

we already created the mentioned communication arrangement filter and it is working fine for newly created leads. Both, the business partner in preparation and the lead are replicated to SAP Marketing Cloud.

But if we extract not converted existing leads only lead is send, no business partner.
Unfortunately it is not possible to extract businesspartner with status in Preparation via Extraction of business partners.
