INCONSISTENT - CAN'T ADD ROW WITHOUT COMPLETE SELECTION OF BATCH SERIAL NUMBER

Dear Expert,

We 've implemented CCO client version: 2.7.3 integrated with SAP Business One HANA 9.3 PL06

Scenario:

We have enabled auto batch selection.

While making sales invoice user didn't select batch number since they have enabled auto batch selecton.

inconsistent in B1imonitor..error messege CAN'T ADD ROW WITHOUT COMPLETE SELECTION OF BATCH SERIAL NUMBER

Pls help us to sort out this issue.

What is the version of SAP B1if scenarios?
Refer to the SAP Note #2163033, there were some fixes regarding batch and serial number determination.

I did some tests in my internal system using articles managed by batch and serial number and didn't face this issue.

If the scenarios are not updated, I suggest you to update the scenarios to the latest version available in the SAP Note 2163033.
