Inconsistencies between effective context and config

I created custom fields for service request header using AET. These fields were created successfully and visible in the View Configuration of component SRQM_INCIDENT_H view IncidentHeaderEF (in the BTAdminH context node as EXT.ZZnote for char40).

I now moved this changes to QA environment. I can see the fields available in the view configuration but attributes in the context node BTAdminH appear as STRUCT.ZZnote for char 40 instead of EXT.ZZnote as in Dev environment.

Also it restricts user from entering the data not more than 1 character only in QA environment even though it has the length of upto 40 char according to its data type.

Can anyone guide me in how to make these fields editable upto 40 characters and why doest struct.ZZnote has been created instead of EXT.ZZnote?

Note: When I used WCF_CC, an error says that "context node EXT.ZZnote does not exist" or "inconsistencies between effective context and configuration".
