Hello Colleagues,
I am customizing the ticket summary document for SAP service cloud - ticketing feature.
2 fields are of the type "multi valued list". i also want to include the selected values for this field to be part of the ticket summary template document.
When i try to make this field available for forms and templates, i get a message that this type is not supported.
Has anyone of you faced a similar situation? is there a workaround?
