In the BP tcode, I want to disable the Status tab for certain users, for certain BP roles. Not field by field. The entire TAB via authorization.

What is your exact question? Do you know how to create authorization objects, fields, define and test authorizations? Do you know how Dynpro works? Do you know how to change standard code via Enhancements or Modifications of standard?

I repeat. I want to disable the BP Status tab for certain users using standard auth objects. Just like we do in MM02 using PSTAT values.

Not via enhancements, modifications, BADIs, user exits, screen exits, BTEs, core mods, customer functions, DME, etc., etc.
