In synchronization,I do not wants to remove target product even if it is not full-filled search restriction condition .

To achieve the below requirement I have created a search restriction on sync user and assigned this user to the synch job but the problem is products with readyForSynch="false" are getting deleted its online catalog.

I have created a flag on product level readyForSynch="true" if it is true then product should be synched. if this flag is false then this product should not be synched and also it should not be deleted its online version.

Please provide me appropriate solution.

Hi!
I suggest that you check the Syncronization settings. You may have selected "removeMissingItems" which leads to the removal of target items, if they are missing from source.
