In SAP CRM CIC screen we need to provide option to my client for Spanish language translation?

In my current assignment we are going to roll out for Spain/Portugal countries.For that one of the client requirement read the text/language on Customer Interaction Center in Spanish language.

Can some one help us in getting this achieved on IC screen.

Hi Gurus,

Can any of you please help us in getting the Spanish language change/transaltion in any form in to SAP CRM Interaction Center screen.

My client requirement is to implement this change to IC screen like translation in to Spanish language.

Any way we can achieve this by implementing any SAP note or make some config setting.

I checked in WUI and it has only English as only options how to bring all the languages.

Or any other work around please share with me.

did you tried to log-in in spanish langauge? please try separate log-in (WUI Transaction) not WUI_SSO.
