We have views of the tickets work centre that have been created as a page layout for a particular service team. We are wanting to add these to a tile on the home page but even with 1911 this does not seem to be possible.
Does anyone know if this can be done?

Hi,
It should be possible to display certain tickets on the home tile using page layout. Can you please try the following:
1. Create a page layout and make the assignment to specific role.
2. Edit the page layout and mark the default query which you want to appear on Home Page Tile so that the user can navigate upon click.
3. Create a custom card ( for same role to which page layout is associated with) on Home Page with details:
Type: Floorplan
Title: Tickets(or what so ever it is)
Path: /BYD_COD/ServiceOnDemand/AgentQueue/SEOD_Ticket_MD_SADL_WCVIEW.WCVIEW.uiwocview
4. Once you publish the changes then it should be possible to view the tickets for a specific role and layout.
Thanks
Saurabh

Thankyou everyone for the answer / queries in this chain.
I am facing a new issue around it. When I am using Adapt Homepage for Default User Role. I am able to see the Reports Card option.

However, when I am using Adapt Homepage for Custom User Role. I am not able to see the Reports Card option. Hence, not able to enable Dashboard in the Homescreen.

What could be the resolution for it? Requirement is to enable standard dashboard in the Custom Layout / Business Roles.

Thank you Saurabh for the answer.
However, we have filters that were created by admin and added in a page layout. These are the filters I am trying to put on the home page, but they do not appear in the filters list. IS there another option I am missing?

Hi,
My earlier approach was for using simple Cusotm Card creation for a specific query but from your last comment i understood that you want to have more than 1 query in your home page for same object then I will propose to have a look at "Filter" option in "Add Existing Card".
1. Go to "Adapt" for home page and select the business role.
2. Choose "Add Cards" for a relevant group.
3. Select "Add Existing Card" and choose "Filters" group
4. Select the query and make it available and save/publish your changes.

This activity has to be performed for each card or query which you want to be availbale for endusers.
Thanks

I have finally had time to look at this. Thank you for the information. However, when you say
2. Edit the page layout and mark the default query which you want to appear on Home Page Tile so that the user can navigate upon click.
Does this mean I have to mark the query as the default query for the role? What if I want more than one query to appear on the home page?
