In SAP C4C How Can we set a user's access automatically lock after a set period

Hello SAP C4C Experts,

I wanted to check Is there any mechanism in SAP C4C (cloud for customer) to set a user's access automatically lock after a set period?

We can set "Valid from and Valid to" dates in Business User creation page to set the validity indicators.
But my point is:
a) If any user is inactive for few days and not login to the SAP C4C system, is there any mechanism to auto lock the User ID?
Say for example: User X is inactive and not login to the system. His last logon is 30 days prior to today's date. Is there any mechanism to Lock the ID automatically?

Please advice if any one of you have already implemented similar scenario for your customers? or an alternative in SDK to develop this?

Hi Azad,

meanwhile this has been delivered with release 2005.

To use this feature, administrators need to activate it in scoping:

  • Go to the Business Configuration Work Center.
  • Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  • Select your project and click Edit Project Scope.
  • Go to Step 3. Scoping.
  • Expand Administration --> Performance and Usage Monitoring.
  • Select the scoping element User Management.
  • Go to Step 4. Questions.
  • Expand Administration --> Performance and Usage Monitoring --> User Management.
  • Under Business Option Automatic Locking of Users, select the scoping question "Do you want to enable automatic locking of business users who have not logged-in in the last 90 days?".
