In-Process Messages in Import Monitor

Hi Experts,

does anyone know how long messages will remain in the "In-Process" status in the Import Monitor?

I'm wondering because usually I would expect to see those messages in the "Error" tab (e.g. if there's no contact found like in my example).

Does the system do a retry if the message fails? Or what is happening here in the background? When will the message move to the Error-tab? Or is it somehow possible to discard these messages as long as they are in the in-process status?

Hello Tobias,

messages cannot remain "In Process" forever. If a blocking situation occurs (as on your screenshot), the system will try to reprocess a certain number of times and will then move it to "Error". Alternatively, after 3 days, it will also move to "Error" if unable to process.
