In hybris 6.3 version: While attaching image to tickets in cscockpit, we get error popped up. When we click on "Add note to ticket" link in a ticket, then we get screen to upload attachment. We select image(jpg, jpeg, png), txt etc documents, it shows File upload error in a pop-up that selected format is not one of the allowed formats when nothing is wrong with the file format. But when we select pdf, it uploads successfully. I know the cause and solution and I have implemented a work around for my application but this is a bug that needs to be resolved.
