We need to do some testing and I need to configure the solr slaves by IP, but is not sure where to set it in HMC?

System -> Facet Search -> Facet Search config .
To edit the solr slaves you'll want to adjust the SolrServerConfig, which is in the 'Solr configuration' tab.
The SolrServerConfig has a list of SolrEndpointUrl items which i believe is what you want to configure.
