Hi experts,
I'm using CRM Case Management.
I have created a new CRM BOR object BUS1006601 and also created new element type under BOR service provider in the record registry and included it in the record model.
I have done the necessary customizing.
From transaction SCASE, i am able to display my new business object instance.
In WEBCUI, in CRM case under record tree, the business object ID of my new business object is displayed but the link is not appearing for it.So i am not able to navigate to new object instance.
I am not sure i have missed some customizing.
Any suggestions?

Hello Ashok,
Probably you did not check the 'Transaction' flag for your new element type in customizing under 'Assign Element Types and Business Object Types to a Process'.
Could you verify this?
