In C4C utilities, Do we have functionlaity to know the audit trail of Movein, Moveout, transfer etc

Hi All, We are using C4C for all the utilities processes creating/Changing Move in, Move out, Contracts, Business partner's etc. We would like to have Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with the ability to view the audit trail for key utility process documents. 

This requirement applies to the following utility process documents in C4C

: • Installment Plan • Deferral • Budget Billing Plan • Move In • Move Out • Transfer •

There is a transaction in SAP S/4HANA that will give the change documents for these documents by user ID, see more details in the link below:

Thank you for letting us know.! I coudn't find the view ISU_C4C_AUDIT_V . Is this need to be created? Does it cover all scenarios
