In C4C Service Ticket List the field "Assigned To" is not populating

Hi Experts,

In Service Cloud, in the service tickets list view, the column field "Assigned to" is not updating with Ticket Service Technician value is not populating like screen shot attached. I am not sure if I am missing some configuration or scoping.

Please help with your expertise.

Hi Mukesh,

The fields "Assigned To" & "Service Technician" are two different fields. Please try to enable the field "Service Technician" in the list view, and it will display the right entry maintained in the ticket.
