Importing Interactions - Item of Interest

Good Morning,

I'm using the Data File Load app to import interactions via a CSV. Is there a way of importing multiple interests against one single interaction? I have tried a few different approaches however the import failed each time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Bradley,

unfortunately this is not possible using File Upload. Therefore you have to use OData.

Same for interactions related to products (e.g. you cannot import an interaction like "Product viewed" that is connected to more than one product).
