Import Workflow to C4C

How can I import workflows in C4C?

I see the export button in Workflow list, but there is import?

Hi,

I assume you have activated in scoping first?

It is in the questions under section Business Configuration -> Data Migration -> Do you want to migrate workflow rules.

Hi Nadezhda,

you need to use the migration template via fine tuning in business configuration.

I checked the FT-Activities but I couldn't find any migration activity for Workflow. Where is this?

Hi Michael,

-> Business configuration->

In search field enter „Workflow“ then click on the activity element “Migration of workflow rules”

In the next window click on „Migration of workflow rules using the migration tool”

On the upper right seide click on help then on „download migration template“
