We are trying to import the answers of an existing survey without sucess

Anyone knows how to do it?

(It still not very clear what you want to do.)

If you are talking about including questions and answers you used before in other surveys, you can consider to use the library option. So when you create a survey and define your questions and answers, you store questions with their answers in the Question Bank for later use. When creation a new survey you select questions with answers from the Question Bank.

If you have one survey this period (e.g. this year 2022) and you want to execute the same survey again for the same customers next year, in which the answers given during the previous execution appear in the next execution of the same survey in 2023, you have to tick the Previous Anwsers option in the survey Details tab, when defining the survey.
