Import Service Request with Account External ID

I need to import Service Request with the Account External ID. I use data workbench but I can't find any solution. Can you help me?

Hello Eduard,

In some cases when a field is not available in the standard Data Workbench object, you can check the possibility to use a custom Odata service in order to perform this operation.

You can check on the Odata metadata (myXYZ.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/$metadata?sap-label=true) if the field is available, and if it is creatable/updatable. Then you can create a new Odata Service and enable it for Data Workbench.
