Hello,

I'm trying to import service categories, and I already create the service catalogue in the system. However, when i import the file i have an error: "Service catalogue doesn't exist". Any one knows how to solve it?

Thanks

Thanks for posting that question @RitSilva

If I would be you, then I'd start to investigate on the following aspects:

  • Check Exact Name & ID of the Service Catalog: The import file must exactly match the Service Catalogue ID as defined in the system. That includes case sensitivity and spacing.

  • Ensure the Catalogue is Active: Sometimes the catalogue exists but is in draft or inactive status.

  • Correct Template / Field Mapping: In case you're using a CSV or Excel template: Make sure the column referring to the Service Catalogue is mapped correctly. Double-check column headers match what the system expects (e.g., ServiceCatalogueID or similar).

I hope one of these points will help you.
