Import multi-code coupons and redeem multiple times

Hi experts, we're trying to make a coupon code scenario happen for the business users ideally w/o customization. For that we want to

1. import a multi-code coupon based on an external source - is there any direct option in backoffice or do we need to create an ImpEx?

2. make it possible to redeem every coupon multiple times. I understand this can be done with single-code coupons but wouldn't that also work for multi-code coupons?
