Import ID Mapping

Hi all

Does anyone know if it is possible to import the External ID's within the ID Mapping for Integration in the C4C ?

I have the option Import from Microsoft Excel but when I open it I can download the excel file with message in the execel "Log on on the SAP Customer OnDemand tab and use lookup to select the required value for the fields 'Mapping Of' and 'System Instance ID"

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to import ID Mapping using excel. You have rightly performed steps until the download of the template. Now you need to download the excel add-in for C4C (from Downloads button under profile in the top right corner of c4c) and then connect the respective C4C system.
