Import Employees App in SAP Marketing Cloud - System settings does not allow this app to be used.

Hello SAP,

If i click on Import Employees App in Marketing cloud, i am getting an error "System settings does not allow this app to be used."

Can anyone explains what is wrong here?

Secondly: What is the best way to import employee from S4 to Marketing.? Is there any standard way to import Employee to Marketing?

Hi Mayank,

You can use the Maintain Employees app and use the upload functionality to bulk upload the employees.

Thanks, i am aware on this app, i was more looking into another app Import employee and its features. Can you please share any information around this?
