Hello Experts,

I am trying to import data using csv template for testing pusrpose in ymkt cloud version. the standard template works fine, but as soon as I make a small change, save it and try to execute the system throws the error "

No content provided; empty upload

"

"

Errors occured while parsing the uploaded file

"

Please assist as why this error is appearing.

I am editing the existing record details. Also please let me know if I can add more fields standard fields to it? I want to add Marketing Area to it. Where I can find the technical details of the fields?

Hi Mayank,
Please follow the Import Data (CSV) - 1805.

There must be some mistake in value insertion; please Convert CSV File To Columns In Excel and then try.

Also can you brief me how the data validations happens for contact data creation. I have used the template and found that the data created in hybris marketing is created with different types of relationships. How it is validated?
