Import Data Template - Addition of fields possible?

Hello Experts,

I want to add marketing Area while uploading the contacts using Import data process.

I have added a field MKT_AREA_ID at the end and upload the file .But the marketing area is not getting updated, Any ideas how to do it. I am using Hybris Marketing Cloud.

Any urgent help is appreciated

Hi mitmayank_bluleader,

I do not think you have the option to upload Marketing Area via csv upload yet. You will have to update the marketing area separately via other API's for those contacts or via the UI on the Marketing Permission level.

Hi mitmayank_bluleader ,

Open the contact app and select your contact and press edit button to make changes on Permission tab.
